God... and that be all.

When people say God though... what kind of God?  I mean is he "God" God (meaning God of all) or the lord of the dead or earth of paperclips or WHAT?  That's like asking someone what kind of ice cream they want and they say... "Ice cream" and all you want to do is beat them over the head with the scooper.
